Not surprisingly- the chart for todays (12:58 am, PST) 7.5 magnitude quake that struck in the Pacific Ocean off southeastern Alaska features Pluto and Uranus near the event angles. Earthquake Midheaven = 14 Cancer = Sun 15 Capricorn = Pluto 9 Capricorn = Ascendant 10 Libra = Uranus at 5 Aries. Fortunately, no damage or injuries were reported.
The 1964 Great Alaskan Earthquake was a megathrust earthquake that began at 5:36 P.M. AST on Good Friday, March 27, 1964. Lasting nearly 4 minutes, it was the most powerful recorded earthquake in U.S. and North American history, and the second most powerful ever measured by seismograph. It had a magnitude of 9.2, at the time making it the second largest earthquake in recorded history. And this epic quake occurred only 48 minutes after a Full Moon perfected a grand, cardinal square with the Lunar Nodes.
