The Nov. 13/14 solar eclipse degree @ 22 Scorpio will be activated by Mars, traditional ruler of Scorpio, on Sept. 25. Pluto, modern ruler of Scorpio, associated with the uncovering of corruption and abuses of power, is rising in Melbourne, AUS., at the time of this eclipse.
