Louisiana and Pluto

Pluto setting(-180- Ascendant) in Baton Rouge at the Vernal Aries ingress(vernal equinox), was a portent of extreme and destructive events that have since befallen the state of Louisiana. And Pluto setting here once again at the Cancer solar ingress(summer solstice), suggests that crisis-like conditions will likely continue until at least the Fall.

The Aries ingress square between Neptune(oceans, oil, and obfuscation) and the Moon near the malefic star Algol, was set-off by Venus which conjoined the ingress Moon(26 Taurus) when the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico. As the water sign of Cancer rises in the ingress chart, the Moon might be considered the 'lord of the year' until the 2011 Vernal Equinox- although the traditional rule is that the Aries ingress chart is only sensitive for the whole year if a fixed sign rises.

I believe Mars was just past an exact square with the Aries ingress Moon on May 31 when Israel launched it's ill-fated attack on the Gaza aid flotilla the 'Mavi Marmara'- the day Neptune went station-retrograde opposite Israel's natal Mars.

The Full Moon eclipse(-0- Pluto) axis falls on the horizon in Sumatra, South East Asia, and Beijing. This eclipse may also have an notable influence in Germany and Japan.
