According to America’s most popular political astrologers, what happened—or did not happen—during that crucial Honolulu hour on August 4, 1961 could determine the future of the free world.
Since Mr. Obama’s birth time is not yet publicly known, even to his own campaign, astrologers who make their living interpreting the impact of the heavens on the nation’s earthbound elected leaders can’t make up their mind as to whether he has one of the most ready-made “leadership charts” in recent presidential history—a strikingly similar one to Bill Clinton’s, save the seductive planets—or is cursed with the prospect of physical danger and a mentality too cerebral to run a country.
The only existing report of the time, which apparently originated from a shout-out from Mr. Obama over a noisy crowd to astrologer Frances McEvoy during a New Hampshire pass-through earlier this year, places him at 1:06 p.m., coincidently just 300 seconds after the moon transitioned from Taurus, a sign of resolution and leadership, to Gemini, a decidedly less confident constellation. And it’s only an hour before the ascending planet in the horizon, which determines first impressions, transitioned from a deeply powerful constellation to a more wavering and reckless one.
“If he were born an hour earlier, it would make a huge difference,” explained astrologer Michael “WolfStar” O’Reilly, who wrote about Mr. Obama’s alleged campaign-trail exchange with the astrologer on his Web site, NeptuneCafe.com.
Mr. O’Reilly, who has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and is a weekly contributor to StarIQ.com, one of the Web’s most popular online sources of horoscope information, has his own theories on what all of this means for Mr. Obama.
“One of the problems with Obama is he has a progressed Mars in the 12th house—the house of secret enemies—and Mars is the warrior planet,” Mr. O’Reilly said. “And it’s forming some very hard aspects to Pluto, which is the warrior of his chart.” In other words, “he has some very powerful enemies.” More->

3/19/07 Solar Eclipse and Iran
The Mar. 19, 2007 solar eclipse(28 Pisces), fell near the Ascendant in Tehran, with Pluto on the Midheaven.
Eclipse Ascendant = 23 Pisces = Solar Eclipse at 28 Pisces.
Eclipse Midheaven = 26 Sagittarius = Pluto 28 Sagittarius.
If this eclipse foreshadows disastrous events in Iran, it looks like these may occur around the Mars-Pluto opposition of Sept. 21, 2007. This explosive opposition, will line-up with the eclipse chart meridian, as the Sun opposes the eclipse degree, and squares Pluto.

Disaster in Sao Paulo
"Scores of people are feared dead after a passenger plane carrying 176 people crashed at Congonhas airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil, starting a major fire.
The TAM airlines Airbus A320 is thought to have slid off the end of the runway as it landed in very wet conditions. Concerns had been raised about the safety of the runway during heavy rain. There had been persistent, heavy rain in the two hours preceding the accident.
TAM Express flight 3054 was carrying 170 passengers and six crew when it attempted to land at Congonhas airport in the heart of Sao Paulo. After touching down on the airport's main runway at 1850 (2150 GMT), the passenger jet skidded before sliding across a busy road in a residential area. It then struck a depot used for storing cargo and some fuel.
Brazilian television has been showing pictures of a major fire at the scene and the emergency services have arrived in large numbers to deal with the aftermath of the accident. The weather had been bad for much of the day and there has been concern for some time about safety at Congonhas during heavy rain." (BBC News)

The eclipse conjunction of Uranus with the Nodes, that aligned with the longitude of Sao Paulo- signaled upsets and disruptions(Uranus), to the masses(Nodes).

Quake Rocks Japan Nuclear Plant
"A strong earthquake struck northwestern Japan on Monday, causing a fire and radioactive water leak at the world's largest nuclear plant. At least eight people were killed and hundreds injured in the 6.8 magnitude quake that collapsed wooden houses, ripped apart roads and buckled seaside bridges.
Flames and billows of black smoke poured from the Kashiwazaki nuclear plant - the world's largest in terms of power output capacity. It took two hours to extinguish the fire in an electrical transformer, said Motoyasu Tamaki, a Tokyo Electric Power Co. official.
The plant leaked about 315 gallons of water, said Katsuya Uchino, another Tokyo Electric official. Uchino said the water contained a tiny amount of radioactive material and is believed to have flushed into the Sea of Japan."The radioactivity is one-billionth of the legal limit," Oshima said.
The quake, which left fissures 3 feet wide in the ground along the coast, hit shortly after 10 a.m. local time and was centered off Niigata state. Buildings swayed 160 miles away in Tokyo. Sirens wailed in Kashiwazaki, a city of about 90,000, which appeared to be hardest hit.
Japan's Meteorological Agency measured the quake at a 6.8 magnitude. Near midnight Monday, another 6.8-magnitude quake hit off Japan's west coast, according to the U.S. Geological Survey, which said the initial quake registered 6.7." (Associated Press)
The Cancer New Moon of July 14 was sharply focused in Kashiwazaki- near the earthquake's epicenter. The New Moon at 22 Cancer was directly on the Ascendant-Midheaven midpoint (AS/MC) at 22 Capricorn. Therefore, the seed energy of the New Moon, was linked to this time and place(AS/MC). And Jupiter- which conjoins the red star Antares on the 'nuclear axis', was at the Midheaven in the New Moon chart for Kashiwazaki(37n22-138e33).
We may see other major, nuclear related events through mid August, as Jupiter stations near Antares(Aug. 6), and will hover in it's vicinty(10 Sagittarius) for several weeks.
There is a prospect of further eruptions and upheaval in Japan. The Aug. 12/13 New Moon has Pluto anti-culminating in Tokyo, and square the Ascendant.

Who Controls the Planets?
